Terms
VSC requires pre-payment for all new customers. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and wire transfer payments. If you have general questions around payment terms or wish to receive a credit application or wire transfer instructions, please contact Emi Kamura at emik@volcafespecialty.com.
Logistics
** Volcafe specialty will now require 48 hour notice for pickups at warehouses. **
VSC’s logistics team works out of our home office in Petaluma, California and is happy to answer specific questions for you about warehouse hours, cut-off times and other logistic details for shipping our coffees. Please contact our logistics team with any questions at traffic@volcafespecialty.com. We warehouse most of our coffees at the following locations:

VSC also brings coffee into Belts (Belts, MD), Port Cargo (New Orleans, LA), Cadeco (Houston, TX) and The Green Room (Seattle, WA). Please note that we can bring full container load purchases into any major warehouse in the US. Please contact our sales team for more information.
